Functional fascial therapy of the lower body involves working with all fascial chains, muscles and connective structures located from the waist down.
The goal of lower body massage is to release tension in fascia and muscles, improve mobility, flexibility and range of motion, support pelvic stability and proper posture, improve circulation and lymphatic flow, relieve pain and muscle imbalance, support regeneration after physical exertion or injuries and prevent posture disorders and muscle imbalances.
Fascia connects all muscles and joints, so if it is stiff or overloaded, it causes pain, restriction of movement.
During treatment, we work with myofascial techniques, manual pressure, slow tissue stretching and release of trigger points.
The therapy is deeper, more targeted and more functional than classic massage.
Massage includes:
pelvis
lumbar and sacral area
buttocks
thighs
